What we keep, and why

What we collect

• Your account. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us; we ask for nothing else from your Google account.
• Your answers. The short questionnaire (whether you plan to buy or rent, your experience, where you are in the decision and what worries you). We never ask about income or credit.
• Your properties. The addresses and listing links you add, any terms you enter for the Negotiation guide, and the reports we produce for you.
• Service records. Sign-in times, purchase records and basic server logs (such as IP address and request times) that keep the service secure and working.
• Partner referrals. If you arrive through a partner’s link, we set one cookie on nestclue.com that names the partner, for 60 days, and we count the visit without recording anything about you. If you then order, or enter a partner’s code, we note that partner on your account and order so we can pay them a commission. Partners never see your email address or the homes you look at.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

To sign you in, research the properties you ask about, show and send you your reports, keep the service secure, and answer you when you write to us. Reports are built from public records about the property; your private inputs, such as the most you would pay, are never written into what the report says to anyone else.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: sign-in, database and file storage (United States).
• Railway: runs the app (United States).
• Resend: delivers sign-in emails.
• Google: “Continue with Google”, if you use it.
• Cloudflare: domain name service and forwarding of mail sent to hello@nestclue.com.
• An AI model provider (through OpenRouter), when reports are written with live research: it receives the property details and public-record findings needed to draft your report, with data collection by the provider disabled.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your account and reports while your account is open, so you can come back to them. Write to hello@nestclue.com from the address on your account to get a copy of your data, correct it, or close your account and have it deleted. Backups roll off within seven days after that.
